Every morning, you are going to feed your mind with a steady diet of positive, upbeat affirmations. This will consciously train your brain to a better way of thinking. Your daily affirmations will instantly lift up your mood and align your mind to your vision, your goals, and your happiness.

What are the things that would make today a success if I accomplished them?

Being intentional is key to a happy, productive, and succesful day. By listing three things you want to accomplish (personal or work-related) you create small wins during the day that create momentum. This will empower you to get way more done with whatever is left in the day.
